Reverse mode IO stream (RIOS) are C++ I/O streams
to support large stacks, in reverse mode automatic
differentiation (AD). It offers: 1) asynchronous IO, with either MPI-IO or AIO
2) IO in blocks, and 3) configurable buffer size.
