note innerliner light weight polyethline to be inflated teathered on both ends, carbon fiber mess to be applyied to outer, note dupont enginers to supply outer sprayon coat,a large hoop fitted with nozzeles computer controled to apply polmers to outer skin to produce a light weight durable shell, the inner liner will be towed threw the hoop as the coatings are applyed, and sensors will determen the thickness and consestance of coating, will be a none stop process to asure from any cold joints in the outer shell, all conecting point for structaltie in points will be readly afixed to carbon fiber mess makeing up out shell there by despenceing the load threw out the craft
